To amend title 38, United States Code, to clarify the organi-
zation of the Office of Survivors Assistance of the De-
partment of Veterans Affairs.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Prioritizing Veterans’ 2
Survivors Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. CLARIFICATION OF ORGANIZATION OF THE OFFICE 4
OF SURVIVORS ASSISTANCE OF THE DEPART-5
MENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS. 6
Section 321(a) of title 38, United States Code, is 7
amended by striking ‘‘in the Department’’ and inserting 8
‘‘in the Office of the Secretary’’. 9
