SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘National Right-to- 4 Work Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS TO THE NATIONAL LABOR RELA-6 TIONS ACT. 7 (a) Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (29 8 U.S.C. 157) is amended by striking ‘‘except to’’ and all 9 that follows through ‘‘authorized in section 8(a)(3)’’. 10 (b) Section 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations 11 Act (29 U.S.C. 158(a)(3)) is amended by striking ‘‘: Pro-12 vided, That’’ and all that follows through ‘‘retaining mem-13 bership’’. 14 (c) Section 8(b) of the National Labor Relations Act 15 (29 U.S.C. 158(b)) is amended— 16 (1) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘or to dis-17 criminate’’ and all that follows through ‘‘retaining 18 membership’’; and 19 (2) in paragraph (5), by striking ‘‘covered by 20 an agreement authorized under subsection (a)(3)’’. 21 (d) Section 8(f) of the National Labor Relations Act 22 (29 U.S.C. 158(f)) is amended by striking paragraph (2) 23 and redesignating paragraphs (3) and (4) as paragraphs 24 (2) and (3), respectively. 25 VerDate Sep 11 2014 21:46 Mar 08, 2025 Jkt 059200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H1232.IH H1232 kjohnson on DSK7ZCZBW3PROD with $$_JOB 3 •HR 1232 IH SEC. 3.
