1730 EPEAL.—The first section of Public Law 91– 5
1831 589 (2 U.S.C. 168) is amended— 6
1932 (1) by striking ‘‘the Librarian of Congress’’ and 7
2033 inserting ‘‘(a) subject to subsection (b), the Librar-8
2134 ian of Congress’’; and 9
2235 (2) by adding at the end the following new sub-10
2336 section: 11
2437 ‘‘(b)(1) Upon the completion of the October 2031 12
2538 term of the Supreme Court and upon the completion of 13
2639 each tenth October term of the Supreme Court thereafter, 14
2740 the Librarian of Congress shall have prepared a digital 15
2841 decennial revised edition of the Constitution Annotated, 16
2942 which shall contain annotations of all decisions theretofore 17
3043 rendered by the Supreme Court construing provisions of 18
3144 the Constitution, in place of the hardbound decennial re-19
3245 vised edition of the Constitution Annotated described in 20
3346 subsection (a)(3). 21
3447 ‘‘(2) Upon the completion of the October 2025 term 22
3548 of the Supreme Court and upon the completion of each 23
3649 subsequent October term of the Supreme Court beginning 24
3750 in an odd-numbered year (the final digit of which is not 25

5065 ERSIONS.—Section 2 of Public Law 91–589 (2 U.S.C. 9

5267 (1) by striking ‘‘All hardbound’’ and inserting 11
5368 ‘‘(a) All hardbound’’; and 12
5469 (2) by adding at the end the following new sub-13

5671 ‘‘(b)(1) The digital decennial revised editions of the 15
5772 Constitution Annotated prepared under subsection (b)(1) 16
5873 of the first section of this Joint Resolution and the digital 17
5974 cumulative pocket-part supplements prepared under sub-18
6075 section (b)(2) of the first section of this Joint Resolution 19
6176 shall be available at a public website of the Library of Con-20

6378 ‘‘(2) The Librarian of Congress shall ensure the con-22

7592 (B) by adding at the end the following new 8

7794 ‘‘(b) Subsection (a) does not apply after completion 10
7895 of the October 2025 term of the Supreme Court, and the 11
7996 Librarian of Congress shall provide the decennial revised 12
8097 editions of the Constitution Annotated and the cumulative 13
