18	18	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
19	19	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
20	20	This Act may be cited as— 4
21	21	(1) the ‘‘Security And Fairness Enhancement 5
22	22	for America Act of 2025’’; or 6
23	23	(2) the ‘‘SAFE for America Act of 2025’’. 7

40	40	(i) in paragraph (1), by adding ‘‘and’’ 12

42	42	(ii) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘; 14
43	43	and’’ and inserting a period; and 15
44	44	(iii) by striking paragraph (3); and 16
45	45	(B) by striking subsection (e); 17
