Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Uncovering UNRWA’s 4
Terrorist Crimes Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. REPORT. 1
Not later than 90 days after the date of the enact-2
ment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to 3
Congress a report that— 4
(1) identifies the total amounts of funding pro-5
vided by the United States to the United Nations 6
Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in 7
the Near East (UNRWA) during fiscal years 2020 8
through 2024, including an identification of such 9
amounts disaggregated by calendar month of such 10
fiscal years; and 11
(2) a description of how such funds were spent. 12
SEC. 3. PROHIBITION. 13
Effective beginning on the date of the enactment of 14
this Act, no Federal funds may be used to provide funding, 15
directly or indirectly, to UNRWA. 16
