| 30 | 30 | | (1) by striking ‘‘funds for producers’’ and in-4 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | serting the following: ‘‘funds for— 5 |

| 32 | 32 | | ‘‘(1) producers’’; and 6 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | (2) in paragraph (1) (as so designated), by 7 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | striking the period at the end and inserting the fol-8 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | lowing: ‘‘; or 9 |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | ‘‘(2) agricultural producers to construct or up-10 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | grade storage facilities for propane that is primarily 11 |
