SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting America’s 2
Seniors’ Access to Care Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION. 4
Beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, the 5
Secretary of Health and Human Services shall not imple-6
ment, administer, or enforce the provisions of the final 7
rule published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid 8
Services in the Federal Register on May 10, 2024, and 9
titled ‘‘Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Minimum Staff-10
ing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities and Med-11
icaid Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting’’ (89 12
Fed. Reg. 40876) or any substantially similar regulation. 13
