4646 N GENERAL.—It shall be unlawful for a 9
4747 national securities exchange registered under sub-10
4848 section (b) to effect a transaction in a security 11
4949 issued by a natural asset company. 12
5050 ‘‘(2) N
5151 ATURAL ASSET COMPANY DEFINED .—In 13
5252 this subsection, the term ‘natural asset company’— 14
5353 ‘‘(A) means a company— 15
5454 ‘‘(i) that holds the rights to the eco-16
5555 logical performance (including value from 17
5656 natural assets and the production of eco-18
5757 system services) of a defined land area and 19
5858 has the authority to manage such area for 20
5959 conservation, restoration, or sustainable 21
6060 management; and 22
6161 ‘‘(ii) the primary purpose of which, 23
6262 with respect to such defined land area, is 24
