To make certain modifications to the repayment for the
Arkansas Valley Conduit in the State of Colorado.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Finish the Arkansas 4
Valley Conduit Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. ARKANSAS VALLEY CONDUIT, COLORADO. 6
Public Law 87–590 (76 Stat. 389) is amended— 7
(1) in subsection (c) of the first section (76 8
Stat. 390; 123 Stat. 1320), in the second sentence— 9

(A) by inserting ‘‘, without interest,’’ be-1
fore ‘‘in an amount’’; 2
(B) by striking ‘‘that is comprised of rev-3
enue generated by payments’’ and inserting ‘‘, 4
which payment shall only consist of funding 5
provided during construction from any person 6
other than the Secretary’’; 7
(C) by inserting ‘‘of’’ before ‘‘revenue 8
that’’; and 9
(D) by inserting ‘‘over a period of 100 10
years’’ after ‘‘project facilities’’; and 11
(2) in section 2(b)(3)(A) (76 Stat. 390; 123 12
Stat. 1321)— 13
(A) by striking ‘‘plus interest’’; and 14
(B) by striking ‘‘this section’’ and insert-15
ing ‘‘subsection (c) of the first section’’. 16
