To amend the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the
Nation Act to extend certain contract prepayment authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Western Water Accel-4
erated Revenue Repayment Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS TO THE WIIN ACT. 6

tion 4011(d)(2) of the Water Infrastructure Improve-8
ments for the Nation Act (Public Law 114–322) is amend-9
ed by inserting ‘‘that are directed by project-specific stat-10

tion 4013 of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for 5
the Nation Act (Public Law 114–322) is amended— 6
(1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘; and’’ and 7
inserting a semicolon; 8
(2) in paragraph (2), by striking the period and 9
inserting ‘‘; and’’; and 10
(3) by adding at the end the following: 11
‘‘(3) section 4011.’’. 12
