4747 SEC. 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR, AND PROHIBITIONS ON, CER-4
4848 TAIN SPECIAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. 5
4949 (a) I
5050 NGENERAL.—Upon the date of the enactment 6
5151 of this Act, any special Government employee (as that 7
5252 term is defined in section 202 of title 18, United States 8
5353 Code) who is the owner, controlling shareholder, or chief 9
5454 executive officer of a company contracted with the Federal 10
5555 Government shall, in addition to the officers and employ-11
5656 ees described under section 13103(f) of title 5, United 12
5757 States Code, be subject to the requirements of subchapter 13
5858 I of chapter 131 of such title (relating to financial disclo-14
5959 sures). 15

6161 EVIEW AND COMPLIANCE.—For purposes of 16
6262 section 13108 of title 5, United States Code, any reporting 17
6363 requirement incumbent upon a special Government em-18
6464 ployee described in subsection (a) shall be transmitted to 19
6565 the Director of the Office of Government Ethics, who shall 20
6666 be responsible for the review and certification of such re-21
6767 port. 22

6969 NTERIMPROHIBITION.—Until the date on which 23
7070 the initial report required under subchapter I of chapter 24
7171 131 of title 5, United States Code, has been certified as 25
7272 compliant pursuant to subsection (b), a special Govern-26
