| 48 | 48 | | a fund to be known as the ‘‘VA HBOT Fund’’ (in 16 |

| 50 | 50 | | (2) The sole source of monies for the Fund 18 |

| 51 | 51 | | shall be donations received by the Secretary for ex-19 |
