1717 NGENERAL.—Section 101(a)(15)(E)(iii) of the 4
1818 Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 5
1919 1101(a)(15)(E)(iii)) is amended by inserting ‘‘or, on a 6
2020 basis of reciprocity as determined by the Secretary of 7
2121 State, a national of Ireland,’’ after ‘‘Australia’’. 8

4545 PPLICATIONALLOCATION.—Paragraph (11) of 16
4646 section 214(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 17
4747 U.S.C. 1184(g)(11)) is amended to read as follows: 18
4848 ‘‘(11)(A) The Secretary of State may approve 19
4949 initial applications submitted for aliens described in 20
5050 section 101(a)(15)(E)(iii) only as follows: 21
5151 ‘‘(i) For applicants who are nationals 22
5252 of the Commonwealth of Australia, not 23
5353 more than 10,500 for a fiscal year. 24
