tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Trump’s Birthday and 4
Flag Day Holiday Establishment Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. TRUMP’S BIRTHDAY AND FLAG DAY AS A LEGAL 6
PUBLIC HOLIDAY. 7
Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is 8
amended by inserting after the item relating to Memorial 9
Day the following: 10
