TREATMENT AS RADIATION-RISK ACTIVITIES. 3 Section 1112(c)(3) of title 38, United States Code, 4 is amended— 5 VerDate Sep 11 2014 23:05 Mar 11, 2025 Jkt 059200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H1400.IH H1400 kjohnson on DSK7ZCZBW3PROD with $$_JOB 2 •HR 1400 IH (1) in subparagraph (B) by adding at the end 1 the following new clause: 2 ‘‘(viii) At any time on or after January 1, 3 1972, and before January 1, 2005, onsite par-4 ticipation in any aspect of the development, 5 construction, operation, or maintenance of a 6 military installation (as defined in section 2801 7 of title 10) at a covered location at the Nevada 8 Test and Training Range.’’; and 9 (2) by adding at the end the following new sub-10 paragraph: 11 ‘‘(C) The term ‘covered location at the Nevada 12 Test and Training Range’ means a location at the 13 Nevada Test and Training Range, Nevada, including 14 a location at Indian Springs Auxiliary Airfield, but 15 not including a location Nellis Air Force Base or 16 Creech Air Force Base.’’. 17 SEC. 2.
