| 38 | 38 | | THEONE-CENTCOIN.—Except as provided in subsection 8 |

| 40 | 40 | | Secretary of the Treasury shall cease production of any 10 |

| 41 | 41 | | new one-cent coins for the 10-year period beginning on 11 |
