tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Trailer Safety Im-4
provement Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. TRAILER SAFETY PROGRAMS. 6
Section 402(a)(2)(A)(xiv) of title 23, United States 7
Code, is amended by inserting ‘‘, prevent improper and 8
unsafe use of light-duty and medium-duty trailers, and 9
educate the public about required trailer safety equipment 10
