307307 date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and 3
308308 Human Services (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Sec-4
309309 retary’’) shall conduct an assessment of anticipated budg-5
310310 et authority and outlays of the World Trade Center Health 6
311311 Program (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Program’’) 7
312312 through the duration of the Program and submit a report 8
313313 summarizing such assessment to— 9
314314 (1) the Speaker and minority leader of the 10
315315 House of Representatives; 11
316316 (2) the majority and minority leaders of the 12
317317 Senate; 13
318318 (3) the Committee on Health, Education, 14
319319 Labor, and Pensions and Committee on the Budget 15
320320 of the Senate; and 16
321321 (4) the Committee on Energy and Commerce 17
322322 and the Committee on the Budget of the House of 18
323323 Representatives. 19

325325 NCLUSIONS.—The report required under sub-20
326326 section (a) shall include— 21
327327 (1) a projection of Program budgetary needs on 22
328328 a per-fiscal year basis through fiscal year 2090; 23
329329 (2) a review of Program modeling for each of 24
330330 fiscal years 2017 through the fiscal year prior to the 25
331331 fiscal year in which the report is issued to assess 26
