Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. JAMES J. HOWARD POST OFFICE. 3
(a) D
ESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States 4
Postal Service located at 2407 State Route 71, Suite 1, 5
in Spring Lake, New Jersey, shall be known and des-6
ignated as the ‘‘James J. Howard Post Office’’. 7

(b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-1
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 2
States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall 3
