1717 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
1818 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
1919 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Clean Energy Dem-4
2020 onstration Transparency Act of 2025’’. 5
2121 SEC. 2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND OVERSIGHT REPORT-6

2323 Subsection (h) of section 41201 of the Infrastructure 8
2424 Investment and Jobs Act (42 U.S.C. 18861) is amended 9
2525 by adding at the end following new paragraph: 10

2929 ‘‘(3) FURTHER REPORTS.— 1

3131 N GENERAL.—Not later than six 2
3232 months after the date of the enactment of this 3
3333 paragraph and at least semiannually thereafter, 4
3434 the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on 5
3535 Science, Space, and Technology and the Com-6
3636 mittee on Appropriations of the House of Rep-7
3737 resentatives and the Committee on Energy and 8
3838 Natural Resources and the Committee on Ap-9
3939 propriations of the Senate a report, and make 10
4040 publicly available in digital online format, that 11
4141 contains, for the period covered by each such 12
4242 report, for each covered project or other dem-13
4343 onstration project administered or supported by 14
4444 the program, the following: 15
4545 ‘‘(i) A copy of any initial contracts or 16
4646 financial assistance agreements executed 17
4747 between the Department and an award re-18
4848 cipient, including any related documenta-19
4949 tion, as the Secretary determines appro-20
5050 priate. 21
5151 ‘‘(ii) A list of any material, technical, 22
5252 or financial milestones that have or have 23
5353 not been met. 24

6565 ports required under subparagraph (A) with 8

6969 ‘‘(ii) section 9005(e) of the Energy 12
7070 Act of 2020 (42 U.S.C. 7256c(e); enacted 13
7171 as division Z of the Consolidated Appro-14
