To terminate the Shelter and Services Program of the Fed-
eral Emergency Management Agency, and for other pur-
poses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Alien Removal Not 4
Resort Stays Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. TERMINATION. 6
Beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, no 7
Federal funds are authorized to be appropriated or other-8

wise made available to the Shelter and Services Program 1
of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as in ef-2
fect on the day before such date of enactment, or to any 3
successor or similar program. 4
SEC. 3. TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS. 5
The unobligated balances of all amounts appropriated 6
or otherwise made available to the Shelter and Services 7
Program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency 8
as of the day before the date of enactment of this Act 9
shall be transferred to and merged with amounts other-10
wise made available to U.S. Immigration and Customs En-11
forcement under the ‘‘U.S. Immigration and Customs En-12
forcement—operations and support’’ account for nec-13
essary expenses for enforcement, detention, and removal 14
operations. 15
