Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILI-3
TARY FORCE AGAINST IRAQ RESOLUTION. 4
The Authorization for Use of Military Force Against 5
Iraq Resolution (Public Law 102–1; 105 Stat. 3; 50 6
U.S.C. 1541 note) is hereby repealed. 7
