(a) I
NGENERAL.—Section 1192(e)(1)(A)(ii) of the 5
Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320f–1(e)(1)(A)(ii)) is 6
amended by striking ‘‘7 years’’ and inserting ‘‘11 years’’. 7
(b) E
FFECTIVEDATE.—The amendment made by 8
subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enact-9
ment of Public Law 117–169. 10
