SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Unplug the Electric 4
Vehicle Charging Stations Program Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF CHARGING AND FUELING INFRASTRUC-1
TURE GRANTS. 2
(a) A
UTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Section 3
11101(b) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act 4
(Public Law 117–58; 135 Stat. 444) is amended— 5
(1) in paragraph (1)— 6
(A) by striking subparagraph (C); and 7
(B) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) 8
through (G) as subparagraphs (C) through (F), 9
respectively; and 10
(2) in paragraph (2)(B), by striking ‘‘para-11
graph (1)(G)’’ and inserting ‘‘paragraph (1)(F)’’. 12
(b) G
RANTPROGRAM.—Section 151 of title 23, 13
United States Code, is amended— 14
(1) in subsection (e)(2), by striking ‘‘, including 15
through funds awarded through the grant program 16
under subsection (f),’’; and 17
(2) by striking subsection (f). 18
SEC. 3. REPEAL OF NATIONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRA-19
STRUCTURE FORMULA PROGRAM. 20

ESCISSION.—The unobligated amounts made 21
available under paragraph (2) in the matter under the 22
heading ‘‘
HIGHWAY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMS ’’ under 23
the heading ‘‘F
EDERALHIGHWAYADMINISTRATION’’ 24
under the heading ‘‘DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPOR-25
TATION’’ in title VIII of division J of the Infrastructure 26

ERMINATION.—Notwithstanding any other pro-3
vision of law, beginning on the date of enactment of this 4
Act— 5
(1) the program under paragraph (2) in the 6
matter under the heading ‘‘
HIGHWAY INFRASTRUC -7
TURE PROGRAMS ’’ under the heading ‘‘FEDERAL 8
H
IGHWAYADMINISTRATION’’ under the heading 9
‘‘DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION’’ in 10
title VIII of division J of the Infrastructure Invest-11
ment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 135 Stat. 12
1419) is terminated; and 13
(2) no funds may used to carry out that pro-14
gram. 15
