tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Election Day Act’’. 4
SEC. 2. PATRIOT DAY. 5
Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is 6
amended by inserting after the item relating to Columbus 7
Day the following: 8
‘‘Election Day.’’. 9
