| 38 | 38 | | ernment Efficiency’’), and shall include in the report— 8 |

| 39 | 39 | | (1) an analysis of the effects of such actions, 9 |

| 40 | 40 | | including actions resulting in the reduction of the 10 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | number of employees in the civil service, the termi-11 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | nation of Federal programs, and the pausing and re-12 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | starting of Federal programs, on the long-term fi-13 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | nancial, public health, and safety interests of the 14 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | United States; and 15 |

| 46 | 46 | | (2) the extent to which the Department of Gov-16 |

| 47 | 47 | | ernment Efficiency has carried out such actions in 17 |

| 48 | 48 | | compliance with section 552a of title 5, United 18 |

| 49 | 49 | | States Code (commonly known as the ‘‘Privacy Act 19 |
