SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Crimea Annexation 4
Non-Recognition Act’’. 5

(a) S
TATEMENT OFPOLICY.—It is the policy of the 4
United States not to recognize the Russian Federation’s 5
claim of sovereignty over Crimea, its airspace, or its terri-6
torial waters. 7
(b) P
ROHIBITION.—In accordance with subsection 8
(a), no Federal department or agency may take any action 9
or extend any assistance that implies recognition of the 10
Russian Federation’s claim of sovereignty over Crimea, its 11
airspace, or its territorial waters. 12
