Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Repeal CFPB Act’’. 4
SEC. 2. REPEAL. 5
The Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (12 6
U.S.C. 5481 et seq.) is repealed, and the provisions of law 7
amended or repealed by that Act are restored or revived 8
as if the Act had not been enacted. 9
