4128 (a) I
42-NGENERAL.—Not later than 180 days after the 8
43-date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of 9
44-the Small Business Administration shall submit to Con-10
45-gress a report on the challenges that entrepreneurs with 11
46-a disability encounter with starting and operating a busi-12
47-ness, including— 13
48-(1) an assessment of the challenges and needs 14
49-of entrepreneurs with a disability; 15
50-(2) a description of the resources and support 16
51-that the Administrator provides to entrepreneurs 17
52-with a disability; 18
53-(3) a description of outreach to entrepreneurs 19
54-with a disability by the Administrator, including by 20
55-district and regional offices of the Small Business 21
56-Administration, small business development centers 22
57-(as defined in section 3(t) of the Small Business Act 23
58-(15 U.S.C. 632(t))), and women’s business centers 24

71-(6) a description of the use of, and access to, 10
72-resources of the Administration by entrepreneurs 11
73-with a disability; and 12
74-(7) any recommendations for legislative actions 13
75-that are necessary to address the challenges or needs 14
76-of entrepreneurs with a disability that are identified 15
77-in the report. 16
