Emissions From Existing Fossil Fuel-Fired Electric Gen-
erating Units; and Repeal of the Affordable Clean En-
ergy Rule’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2

The final rule issued by the Environmental Protec-2
tion Agency relating to ‘‘New Source Performance Stand-3
ards for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From New, Modified, 4
and Reconstructed Fossil Fuel-Fired Electric Generating 5
Units; Emission Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Emissions 6

or effect. 10
