3535 STABLISHMENT OF ONLINEPORTALS.— 4

3737 STABLISHMENT.—Not later than 1 year 5
3838 after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Sec-6
3939 retaries concerned shall each establish, with respect 7
4040 to the relevant covered department, an online portal 8
4141 for the acceptance, processing, and disposal of a 9
4242 Form 299 for communications use authorizations. 10

4444 OTIFICATION.—Not later than 3 business 11
4545 days after the date on which an online portal has 12
4646 been established by a Secretary pursuant to para-13
4747 graph (1), that Secretary shall notify the Assistant 14
4848 Secretary of the establishment of such portal. 15

5050 VAILABILITY OFONLINEPORTALS.—The As-16
5151 sistant Secretary shall publish on the website of the Na-17
5252 tional Telecommunications and Information Administra-18
5353 tion a link to each online portal established pursuant to 19
5454 subsection (a)(1). 20

8181 (B) to locate or modify a communications 13
8282 facility on covered land; and 14
8383 (C) for the primary purpose of authorizing 15
8484 the occupancy and use of such covered land for 16

117117 culture, the Department of Agriculture. 17
