18-NGENERAL.—Section 831 of the Homeland Se-7
19-curity Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 391) is amended— 8
20-(1) in subsection (a)— 9
21-(A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), 10
22-by striking ‘‘Until September 30, 2024, and 11
23-subject to subsection (d)’’ and inserting ‘‘Until 12
24-September 30, 2028, and subject to subsection 13
25-(c)’’; and 14
26-(B) by adding at the end the following new 15
27-paragraph: 16
