| 36 | 36 | | ‘‘(1) shall be credited to— 12 |

| 37 | 37 | | ‘‘(A) the appropriation, fund, or account 13 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | used in incurring the obligation; or 14 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | ‘‘(B) an appropriate appropriation, fund, 15 |

| 40 | 40 | | or account currently available for the purposes 16 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | for which the expenditures were made; and 17 |
