to be eligible to complete the maintenance work on Bolts

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Bolts Ditch Act’’. 4

Section 1101(a) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Con-4
servation, Management, and Recreation Act (Public Law 5
116–9) is amended by inserting before the period at the 6
end the following: ‘‘, the Eagle River Water and Sanitation 7
District, a Colorado Special District, or the Upper Eagle 8
Regional Water Authority, an authority organized under 9
the laws of the State of Colorado’’. 10
