3434 NADMISSIBILITY.—Section 212(a)(2) of the Im-4
3535 migration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(2)) is 5
3636 amended by adding at the end the following: 6

4040 ‘‘(i) I
4141 N GENERAL.—Any alien who has 9
4242 been convicted of, who admits having com-10
4343 mitted, or who admits committing acts 11
4444 which constitute the essential elements of a 12
4545 covered COVID offense, an offense under 13
4646 section 208 of the Social Security Act (42 14
4747 U.S.C. 408) (relating to social security ac-15
4848 count numbers or social security cards), an 16
4949 offense under section 1028 of title 18, 17
5050 United States Code (relating to fraud and 18
5151 related activity in connection with identi-19
5252 fication documents, authentication fea-20
5353 tures, and information), or a conspiracy to 21
5454 commit such an offense, is inadmissible. 22

5656 OVERED COVID OFFENSE .—For 23
5757 purposes of this subparagraph, the term 24
5858 ‘covered COVID offense’ means an offense 25
5959 of fraud pertaining to— 26
