SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘United States Commis-4
sion on International Religious Freedom Reauthorization 5
Act of 2025’’. 6

(a) A
UTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—Section 3
207(a) of the International Religious Freedom Act of 4
1998 (22 U.S.C. 6435(a)) is amended by striking ‘‘2025 5
and 2026’’ and inserting ‘‘2027 and 2028’’. 6
(b) E
XTENSION OFAUTHORIZATION.—Section 209 of 7
the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 (22 8
U.S.C. 6436) is amended by striking ‘‘September 30, 9
2026’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2028’’. 10
