To direct the Administrator of General Services to sell the
property known as the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal
Building, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Wasteful Alloca-4
tions of Money for Pelosi Act’’ or the ‘‘SWAMP Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. SALE OF SPEAKER NANCY PELOSI FEDERAL BUILD-6
ING. 7
(a) S
ALE.—Not later than May 31, 2025, the Admin-8
istrator of General Services shall— 9

(1) dispose of the property described in sub-1
section (b) pursuant to subchapter III of chapter 5 2
of title 40, United States Code; or 3
(2) if a disposal pursuant to paragraph (1) is 4
not feasible, in the determination of the Adminis-5
trator, sell the property described in that subsection 6
at fair market value and for the highest and best 7
use. 8
(b) P
ROPERTYDESCRIBED.—The property referred 9
to in subsection (a) is the property generally consisting 10
of 90 7th St, San Francisco, California 94103, including 11
the building known as the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal 12
Building, subject to a survey, as determined appropriate 13
by the Administrator. 14
