2020 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
2121 SECTION 1. REPEAL OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS. 3

2323 NGENERAL.—Effective beginning on the date 4
2424 of enactment of this Act, the Executive Orders described 5
2525 in subsection (b) shall have no force or effect and no Fed-6
2626 eral funds may be used to implement, administer, enforce, 7
2727 or carry out those Executive Orders. 8
