Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Golden Age Act of 4
2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. DONALD J. TRUMP ON THE $100 NOTE. 6
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Section 5114(b) of title 31, 7
United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the 8
following: ‘‘Notwithstanding the previous sentence, no 9
$100 note of the United States currency may be printed 10

RELIMINARYDESIGN.—The Secretary of Treas-4
ury shall release to the public the preliminary design of 5
the $100 note prominently featuring a portrait of Donald 6
J. Trump not later than December 31, 2026. 7
