3232 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Tax Dollars for 2
3333 the United Nation’s Immigration Invasion Act’’. 3
3434 SEC. 2. PROHIBITION. 4
3535 Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Fed-5
3636 eral Government may not make a contribution to the 6
3737 United Nations International Organization for Migration 7
3838 (IOM), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refu-8
3939 gees (UNHCR), or the United Nations Relief and Works 9
4040 Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East 10
4141 (UNRWA). 11
4242 SEC. 3. GAO STUDY, AUDIT, AND REPORT. 12
4343 (a) S
4444 TUDY.—The Comptroller General of the United 13
4545 States shall conduct— 14
4646 (1) a study to— 15
4747 (A) identify all Federal assistance pro-16
4848 grams that provide funds in the form of grants 17
4949 or loans to the United Nations IOM, UNHCR, 18
5050 and UNRWA, including a list of all nongovern-19
5151 mental organizations that received funding 20
5252 under such programs; 21
5353 (B) for each of fiscal years 2021 through 22
5454 2025, identify the total amount of funds pro-23
5555 vided to IOM, UNHCR, and UNRWA, includ-24
5656 ing the amount provided under each Federal as-25

7171 EPORT.—Not later than 180 days after the date 11
7272 of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall 12
7373 submit to Congress a report that contains the results of 13
7474 the study and audit required by subsection (a). 14
