22 | 22 | | STABLISHMENT.—Not later than one year after 4 |

23 | 23 | | the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of 5 |

24 | 24 | | Homeland Security shall establish a pilot program, for a 6 |

40 | 40 | | for designated employees to better identify sus-12 |

43 | 43 | | better access suspicious activity reports; and 15 |

75 | 75 | | ride sharing companies (such as through peer to 16 |
---|
76 | 76 | | peer apps) to identify risks and threats of terrorist 17 |
