1818 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Move the ICC Out 4
1919 of NYC Act of 2025’’. 5
2020 SEC. 2. FINDINGS. 6
2121 Congress finds the following: 7
2222 (1) The Senate ratified the Charter of the 8
2323 United Nations in 1945, finalizing the accession of 9
2424 the United States to the United Nations. 10

6060 MENT.—The term ‘‘United Nations Headquarters 4

6666 SEC. 4. SUPPLEMENT TO UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS 10

6868 Not later than 30 days after the opening date of the 12
6969 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, the 13

7171 seek to open negotiations at the United Nations for a sup-15

7373 Agreement to prohibit the United Nations from hosting, 17
