5252 HIRDPARTYSETTLEMENT ORGANIZATIONS.—A third 10
5353 party settlement organization shall be required to report 11
5454 any information under subsection (a) with respect to third 12
5555 party network transactions of any participating payee only 13
5656 if— 14
5757 ‘‘(1) the amount which would otherwise be re-15
5858 ported under subsection (a)(2) with respect to such 16
5959 transactions exceeds $20,000, and 17
6060 ‘‘(2) the aggregate number of such transactions 18
6161 exceeds 200.’’. 19

6363 FFECTIVEDATE.—The amendment made by 20
6464 this section shall take effect as if included in section 9674 21

8787 endar year shall be treated as a reportable pay-16

9494 ‘‘(ii) the aggregate amount of trans-23
