317317 commercial data available support a clear 18
318318 decision regarding the status of the spe-19

321321 with respect to which studies regarding the 22
322322 status of the species are being carried 23

334334 ‘‘(iv) Priority 4 represents species for 8
335335 which proactive conservation efforts likely 9
336336 to reduce threats to the species are being 10
337337 developed or carried out, within a reason-11
338338 able timeframe and in an organized man-12
339339 ner, by Federal agencies, States, land-13
340340 owners, or other stakeholders. 14
341341 ‘‘(v) Priority 5 represents species— 15
342342 ‘‘(I) for which there exists little 16
343343 information regarding— 17
344344 ‘‘(aa) threats to the species; 18
345345 or 19
346346 ‘‘(bb) the status of the spe-20
347347 cies; or 21
348348 ‘‘(II) that would receive limited 22
349349 conservation benefit in the foreseeable 23
350350 future by listing the species as a 24
