Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Inflation Reduction 4
Act of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF INFLATION REDUCTION ACT OF 2022. 1

NGENERAL.—Public Law 117–169 (commonly 2
referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) is re-3
pealed. 4
(b) R
ESCISSIONS.—The unobligated balances of any 5
amounts made available under Public Law 117–169 are 6
rescinded. 7
