| 47 | 47 | | mining eligibility for unemployment compensation under 15 |

| 48 | 48 | | this subchapter or subchapter II (as the case may be), 16 |

| 49 | 49 | | deemed for the duration of the lapse in appropriations to 17 |

| 51 | 51 | | ‘‘(1) totally separated from Federal service; and 19 |
