| 290 | 290 | | SEC. 8. RETENTION OF EXISTING AUTHORITIES. 16 |

| 291 | 291 | | Each member of the JTF–ISN shall maintain their 17 |

| 292 | 292 | | existing authorities to investigate and prosecute traf-18 |

| 293 | 293 | | ficking crimes relating to illicit synthetic narcotics. 19 |
