To increase the reference prices for certain commodities,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Agricultural Commod-4
ities Price Enhancement Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. REFERENCE PRICE INCREASES FOR WHEAT, CORN, 6
SOYBEANS, PEANUTS, AND SEED COTTON. 7
Section 1111(19) is amended of the Agricultural Act 8
of 2014 (7 U.S.C. 9011(19)) is amended— 9
