41 | 41 | | acting through the Chief of Engineers, may not 7 |

42 | 42 | | carry out any spillage operations on any of the 8 |

43 | 43 | | Lower Snake River dams unless such operations are 9 |
---|
44 | 44 | | approved by the Secretary and the Administrator of 10 |
---|
45 | 45 | | the Bonneville Power Administration. 11 |

47 | 47 | | ONSIDERATIONS.—In determining whether 12 |
---|
48 | 48 | | to approve spillage operations under paragraph (1), 13 |
---|
49 | 49 | | the Secretary and the Administrator shall consider 14 |
---|
50 | 50 | | all Columbia River System operations. 15 |
