---|
73 | 73 | | ‘‘(1) controlling erosion and reducing sediment 11 |
---|
74 | 74 | | and nutrient levels in groundwater and surface 12 |
---|
75 | 75 | | water; and 13 |

76 | 76 | | ‘‘(2) planning, designing, implementing, and 14 |
---|
77 | 77 | | evaluating habitat conservation, restoration, and en-15 |
---|
78 | 78 | | hancement measures in cases in which there is sig-16 |

79 | 79 | | nificant ecological value if the applicable land is— 17 |
---|
80 | 80 | | ‘‘(A) retained in the current use of the 18 |
